Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, such as a contact inquiry, a price request, a test drive request, a referral, or the short finance form, we collect what you enter: typically your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, the vehicle you are interested in, and any comments you add. The short finance form may also ask for your employment status, monthly income and available down payment.
Credit applications. The full credit application on our Apply page is operated by our finance application provider on its own secure system. Information you enter there, including your Social Security number and date of birth, is collected and protected under that provider's privacy policy and is transmitted to us and to the lenders we work with to evaluate your application.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit, in server logs used to keep the site running and secure. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your request, to evaluate and process financing applications, to contact you about vehicles, financing and your account, to administer the referral program, and to improve our website and services. When you ask to be contacted by phone, email or text, we will use the method you chose.
How we share it
We finance vehicles through a network of banks and lending institutions. To obtain financing for you, we share the information in your application with those lenders. We also share information with the service providers that help us operate, including our website host, our form delivery service, our customer relationship system, our finance application provider, and our online payment provider. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a sale or merger of our business. We do not sell your personal information.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and the credit application runs on our provider's secure system. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to stop contacting you for marketing. Requests about a credit application or a loan may be subject to record-keeping requirements that apply to lenders.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
